RESOLUTION NO. 73-36
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN CONTRACT AMENDMENT #1 CCCJ CONTRACT
#A-515-72
Whereas, the City Council approved CCCJ Contract #A-515-72 which pro-
vided for improvement to the Police Department radio capacity, and
Whereas, it is desirable to extend the period of the contract from
March 31, 1973 to May 31, 1973, and
Whereas, CCCJ has prepared a contract amendment to so provide,
Now, Therefore, Be It Further Resolved that the City Manager is
authorized to sign contract amendment #1 on behalf of the City.
