HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-13 1 § ? 10 11 15 1§ 17 18 ~0 ~8 ~0 RESOLUTION NO. 73-13 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH GRANTING AN EXTENSION TO PACIFIC TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY ON VARIANCE WHEREAS, the City Council by adopting Resolution No. 69-58 granted Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company Variance NCo 69-8 allowing the use of double trailers for temporary offices for a three (3) year period and WHEREAS, prior to expiration of the term Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company filed for an extension of time and WHEREAS, Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company has now acquired a parcel of property on which to construct permanent office space NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE: That Variance No. 69-8 as granted in Resolution No. 69-58 is extended to December 31, 1973 by which time the proposed building is to be completed and the trailers located at 310 West Clay Street are to be removed. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 1972.
