RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING SIGNATURE OF
CITY MANAGER PRO TEM ALFRED KRUTH
Whereas, the City of Ukiah is presently nearing completion of a new
library building which is partially funded by grant monies~ and
Whereas: it is necessary that the stated completion date, indicated in
? Agreement for Library Construction Grant, dated May 1: 1971: designated as
8 Education No. 4540 be modified by extension, and
9 Whereas~ other documents related to the library project will from time
10 {~ to time require execution by the City Manager Pro Tem

11: Now, Therefore, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
12 Resolve:

The City l~nager ?to Tem~ Alfred Kruth~ is hereby authorized to sign
14 ali documents relating to the library project~ its continuation and success-
15 ' ful completion.
