RESOLUTION GRANTING .VARIANCE TO
ROSS MEDICAL CORPORATION
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning
Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence,
and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah,
having duly considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the
general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions
thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No. 71-17 to:
ROSS MEDICAL CORPORATION
to permit: construction of a medical building on parcelp zoq~d R-3 and R-I~
said parcels located at 600 South Dora Street pursuant to submitted plans.
all subject to the following conditions:
1. Standard Conditions Nos. 1 thru 9 contained in the Rules of Practice and Procedure
of the Planning Commission on file with the Clerk shall apply in addition to
any special conditions set forth below.
2. The special conditions listed below shall apply:
a) Sidewalks be constructed on all street frontages. Walks and drive
approaches be of Portland Cement concrete to City Standards.
b) That signs for the development be limited to one on Dora Street
with smaller signs permitted on the building to direct patients
to the individual offices.
c) Design of the sign on Dora to be submitted to the Planning Commission
for approval prior to its construction.
d) Ail parking areas to be paved witha 2 inch Asphalt Concrete pavement.
e) Extension of time to be granted for one year from this date.
If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not
obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
force and effect indefinitely'and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating
or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
