RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
FAIRWAY OAKS COMPANY

all sub-~ec~ t:o the following conditions:
i) Location and construction shall conform to application and to plot plan and sketch
~ub~itted with application.
This variance shall be put into effect by completion of construction, if any, within
one (1) year from the date of granting hereof. If the use permitted shall cease for
six (6) consecutive months then this variance shall automatically terminate.
3) Standard Conditions 1 - 9.
4) Building site area may be reduced to a minimum of 9000 sq. ft. per site.
5) Front yards may be reduced to 20 ft.
Rear yards may be reduced to 20 ft.
Side yards may be reduced to 6 ft., both sides.
6) Lot width on all lots to remain according to Code at 75'.

then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full
effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only
