3) Standard Conditions i through 9.
4) Curbs, ~utters and sidewalks be installed on the Dora Street frontage.
5) At least a minimum 20' setback be provided to all_ structures from the south
property line (Beacon :Bane)
6) Applicant must provide off street parking to compl_y with the City of Ukiah Code
with the parking area paved with asphaltic concrete paving. Driveways and parking
area to meet the approval of the City Engineer.
7) Professional type signs be permitted with the approval of the Building Official and
to conform with the general practice of the medical profession.
8) Drainage plan be approved by the City Engineer.
