N~i~ ,. 70-15 RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO VERNON PARDUCCI AND EMIL VENTURI The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE: An ~pplication for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning C(xq~r~is~io~ of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence~ end made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duty considered the recom- mendations of the Planning Commission; The City Cour~cil hereby finds that the proposed variamce is in har- mony with the general purpose of the ZoninQ Ordinance of the City of Uki'~h a~d meets the c:or~ditions th,ereof~ ~no Does hereby grant Var ia~ce No. 70-7 ~ to: Vernon Parducci and Emil Venturi tO perm)t: a~_m_obile home~j~ark, mpbile._~ome rental and sales., and real estate office, oB ..... parcel zoned R-3 and RTl said parcel located at 460 E.
