RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
VERNON PARDUCCI AND EMIL VENTURI
The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An ~pplication for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning C(xq~r~is~io~ of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence~ end made and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duty considered the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Cour~cil hereby finds that the proposed variamce is in har-
mony with the general purpose of the ZoninQ Ordinance of the City of
Uki'~h a~d meets the c:or~ditions th,ereof~ ~no

1) Location ~and construction shall conform' to application and to plot
plan and sketch submitted with application.
2) This ¥'ariance !.hall be put into effect by c~pletion of construction~

3) Standard Conditions 1 through 9 with the exception that a stage program of construction may be
pe~itted only with the approval of the Planning Co~ission.
4) That a 5' dedication of property be required along Gobbi Street for street widening.
5) That curbs, gutters and sidewalks be installed by o~er along the Gobbi Street frontage. A
10' setback area be provided along Gobbi Street in front of the proposed ornamental fencing.
This setback area to be suitably landscaped.
6) Roadways and parking areas within the mobile home park shall be paved with a 2" asphalt con-
crete paving.
7) That all proposed park improvements such as utilities, etc., meet the requirements of the State
of California and the City Engineer.
8) Sign for the real estate office shall not exceed 50 square feet and any blackboard for specific
