ORIGINAL RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO ,,, The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE: An ~pplicat~on for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning C(~ission of the C~.ty of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidenced end made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly considered the recom- mendations of the Plan~ing Co~nissi©n; The City Ccur~c.~t hereby finds that the proposed variance is in har- mony wit;h t~e ge~eral p~rpose of the ZoninQ Ordinance of the C~ty o~ Uk[~h a~d ~n~.et,~. the Does hereby grant Var ia~ce NO o 70-5 to: Dr. Howard Dwain Blocher to per. it: addition of dental offices to existing dental building on a parcel zoned ~. ~.._~ ,, iir - ~ .... E .............. mil R-3, said parcel located at 413 W. Sta~n_d__ley____Street, Ukiah, California all s~bject to ~he fot"towing conditions: I) Location ~nd construction shall conform tO application and to plot pla~ and sketch submitted with application. 2) This '~,~.riance shall be put into effect by cc~npletion of construction, if ~r.:'7, within one {l) year from the date of granting hereof. ~f .the use F~rm~tted shall cease for six (6) co~secuti've months then th~s var~e~nce shall autcmatica!ty terminate. 3) Standard Conditions Nos. 1 - 9. 4) The special conditions listed below shall apply: a) A minimum of four off street parking places to be provided by the applicant on the proposed parking lot at 417 W. Standley Street.
