RESOLVE:

of the City of Ukiah does hereby
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence, and mede and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly considered the recom-
mendations of the Plan~ing Commission;
