RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH REGARDING SPECIAL ELECTION ON
''ANNEXATION 68--1 (HUNSON SUBDIVISION)''
WHEREAS, by Resolution 69-52 the City Council of the
City of Ukiah called a Special Election regarding annexation
of terri tory described as "Annexation
to be held on July 29, 1969
68-1
(Munson Subdivision)"
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah
does hereby RESOLVE:
That the polling place for the Special Election
annexation of territory described as "Annexation 68-1
rega rdi ng
(Munson
Subdivision)" shall be open from 7:00 o'clock a.m. until
8:O0 o'clock p.m. on July 29, 1969; that for the purpose
of this election, there shall be established in the territory
to be annexed only one voting precinct, and the polling place
of this election precinct and the persons who are hereby
appointed officers of the election and of such voting pre-
cinct are as set forth in the attached exhibit, entitled
"Exhibit 'A'" which is hereby incorporated by reference;
that 'For their services in connection with said election the
Inspector shall receive $21.00 and the Judge and two Clerks
shall each receive $15.00, and the person in possession of
the polling place, or other person entitled thereto, the sum
of $] 2.00;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Clerk shall
publish a notice of said Special Election at least once a
week for the four weeks prior to the date of the election
on Jul y 29, 1969,

voting square after the word 'Yes' or after the
word 'No'. All marks, except the cross (+) are
forbidden. All distin9uishin9 marks or erasures
are forbidden and make the ballot void. I-F you
wrongly stamp, tear or deface this ballot, return
it to the inspector of elections and obtain another.
On absentee voter ballots mark a cross (+) wi th
pen or pencil.
