RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
TED..CONNALLY_~ ET AL
The City Council of the City of Uk~ah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City.of Ukiah, having duly considered the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in har-
mony with the general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof'; and
Does hereby grant Variance No.
69-6 to:
Ted Connally, et al
to permit: construction of a junior department store on parcel with frontage
on South State, West G.obbi,. and.. South. Oak.. Streets~. . .... _Z°ned C-1 and. R-2.
all subject to the following conditions:
l) Locaticn and construction shall conform to application and to plot
plan and sketch submitted with application.
2) This variance shall be put into effect by completion of construction,
if any, within one (1) year from the date of granting hereof, tf t.he
use permitted shall cease for six (6) consecutive months then this
variance shall automatically terminate.
3) Standard Conditions Nos. 1 through 9 contained in the Rules of Practice
and Procedure of the Planning Commission on file with the Clerk shall
apply in addition to any special conditions set forth below.
4) The special conditions listed below shall apply:
1. Sidewalks, curbs and gutters to be installed by the developer.
2. The loading zone to be constructed at the south end of the
building.
3. Fencing to be a chain link type and to be installed under the
direction of the Building Department.
