HomeMy WebLinkAbout78-108 1 4 6 ? 8 9 10 11 12 1:} 14 15 16 17 19 20 21 26 29 ~0 $1 RESOLUTION NO.78-108 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UKIAH REQUESTING TRANSPORTATION DEVELOP~4ENT ACT FUNDS (SB 325) FOR FISCAL 1978-79 Whereas, Transportation Development Act Funds (SB325) are made available for meeting the transportation needs of the community, and Whereas, the City of Ukiah is an authorized claimant to request an allocation of SB 325 funds, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to sign and the City Manager submit on behalf of the City of Ukiah its claim for fiscal 1978-79 Transportation Development Funds.
