RESOLUTION NO. 78-76
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH REAPPOINTING IRA BRANNON TO THE
REDWOOD EMPIRE MUNICIPAL INSURANCE FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah has entered into a Joint
Powers Agreement to provide workers' compensation insurance, and
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah under that Joint Powers
Agreement, is to appoint a member to the Board of Directors
of the Redwood Empire Municipal Insurance Fund
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED:
That Ira Brannon, Councilman for the City of 'Ukiah, is
reappointed to the Board of Directors of said fund; term
to expire June 30, 1979.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of March, 1978, by the
following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Brannon~ Wood, Feibusch, Councilwoman Snyder,
Mayor Simpson
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
