RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A JOINT
PO~'~RS AGREEMENT TO CONTINUE THE PUBLIC
TRANSPORATION PILOT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City has in the past participated in a Joint
Powers Agreement to operate a pilot bus sytem in Mendocino
County, and
WHEREAS, the MTA Board of Directors has recommend that this
project be continued, and
~EREAS, the MTA has submitted a draft agreement for the
purpose of continuing this project, and

WHEREAS, the City Council believes this project has merit
19 and should be continued.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk be
14 authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
