RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
JOHN ROMERO
The City Council of the C]ty of UkJah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly considered the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Cour~cil hereby finds that the proposed variance is in har-
mony with the general purpose of the Zoning~ Ordinance of the City of
Uki~h and meets the cor~ditions thereof;
Does hereby grant Variance No. , 68-1~6 ~ to:

to permit: a.reduction (Df street frontage of Lot 1.4 (aka 1286 Yokavo Court)
as delineated on map of Unit 2, Oak Knoll Terrace Subdivision from 20 feet

al s~uject to The following conditions:
1) Location and c. onstruct~on shall conform to application and to plot
plan and sketch submitted with application.
2) This variance shall be put ]nto effect by completion of construction,
if .~ny, within one (l) year from the date of granting hereof. If :t.he
use p~rmitted shall cease for six (6) consecut[ve months then this
variance shall aut~matlca!ty terminate.
3) The granting of this variance does in no way relieve the app_lication
from adhering to the covenants which were recorded in Book691,
page 303, and applicable to this property.
