( E ~-n"Te Har"F'is-)- FROM The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE: his to WHEREAS, Ernie Harris has presented to the City Counc il request for exemption 'from the parking requirements pursuant Section 9166 of the Ukiah City Code; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered such application and has determined that the area is within those areas described in Sect ion 9166 and use will that s i nce the proposed be primarily a night use and will not conflict with so far as public the appl icat ion E, Church Street, existing businesses NOW, THEREFORE, requirements at 145 the same is hereby approved, under 1.
