RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES or
~... ~ ....... Q,I,FEE, R, ENT ,TAX AREAS
The City Council of the City o1~ Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
That the Auditor of the County of Mendocino is hereby
advised pursuant to Section 51509 of the Government Code of
California that the description of the exterior boundaries
of each district or portion of the city in which a rate of
taxation is to be levied which is different from the rate to
be levied in any other district or portion of the city shall
be the same for the fiscal year 1967-68 as was used for the
purposes of taxation during the fiscal year J966-67 with the
following exceptions: The territory described in Annexation
No. 66-1 (Atex Thomas) shall be included in Tax Distr~ct No. 3.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 1967.
