The City Council of the City .of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
That the Final RLap of Spurlock Subdivision, Unit No. 3
be and the same if hereby approved on the condition that the Subdivider
enter into and perform an Agreement for Subdivision Improvements
providing for the posting of faithful performance security in the
amount of $35,000.00 and labor and material security in the amount of
?ddition to
$17,500.00 and~?~.~.~, the faithful performance security pay to City the
sum of $1,966.20 for inspection and other charge. The Mayor and
Clerk are authorized to execute such agreement on behalf of the City
of Ukiah.
Upon execution of such agreement and the posting and payment of
the foregoing amounts, the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute
said Final Map on behalf of the City of Ukiah and to accept, on behalf
of such City, the offers of dedication shown thereon.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of July , 1967, by the following
