NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the attached electric rate schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby adopted to be effective March 1, 1979. GE . · The rainiIaum charge per meter per month shall be the Service Charge. · SPECITJJ CONDITIONS a) ~y apartment house of three or less apartments in the same building may receive sea'ice on this schedule, provided the service charge shall be $1.75 per apartment per month. . , · ' b) Any flat or apar~ent house of four 'or more apartments may receive service on ~is schedule on a single meter, provided the service charge shall be $1.75 per meter per month and the billing blocks shall be multiplied by n~er of aperients per month. LIFE'SUPPORT DEVICES A residential custonmr, who certifies in writing that he resides in a separately ne%ered or sulmetered .single-family dwelling unit and that regular use of a medical life-support device is essential to maintain the life of a full-time 'resident of the household, is eligible for a uniform monthly lifeline allowance in addition to those allovgmces jhown under "Lifeline Usage." The anount of the additional allowance will be determined by the utility from load and operating 'time data. The Utility may require~' certification by a doctor or osteopath licensed to practice medicine in the State of California that a particular device is necessary to sustain, the u.ser's life.
