RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
SIGN AND SUBMIT APPLCATION FOR CAAP FUNDINC

The City Council of the CitY of Ukiah hereby RESOLVES:
That the City Manager is authorized to sign and submit the
application for CAAP funding to fund airport clear zone acquisition
It is further resolved that
a. that matching funds are available to meet the
required local-share of the project cost in the
fiscal year for which the application is made, and
b. that the airport receiving funds meets the eligibility
requirements set forth in article 2 of these regula-
tions - Subchapter 4 of the California Administrative
Code.
