RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND
CLERK TO SIGN AGREEMENT (SENIOR TRANS-
PORTATION SERVICES )
WHEREAS, the City of Ukiah wishes to expend S.B. 325 funds
on senior transportation, and
WHEREAS, the Ukiah Senior' Citizens are equipped to provide
the necessary transportation.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor and
Clerk are authorized to sign the agreement for Senior Transporta-
tion services.
