STATES OF AMER~CA~ 'FOR A GRANT UNDER THE TERMS OF PUBLIC LAW 8~)-1~6
WHEREAS~ under the terms of Public Law 89o136~ the United States of
America has authorized the making of grants to public bodies and private
or public nonprofit organizations or associations to aid in financing
the construction of specific public projects~
Now Therefore, Be ~t Resolved By City Council of the City of Ukiah
That Lyell Co Cash~ ~it¥ Manaqe. r. be and he is hereby
authorized to execute and'file an applicat~o~ on behalf of City .... of
Ukiah with the Economic Development Administration~ U.So Depart-
ment of Commerce~ for a grant to aid in financing the construction
of basic public water production facilities consistinq of a
horizontal radial water collector system and necessary, appurtenances
thereto .
