RESOLUTION DENY lNG VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 66-36

The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly considered the
recommendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is not
in harmony with the general purpose ofthe Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Ukiah and does not meet the conditions thereof; and
Does hereby deny Variance Application No. 90-36
