RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO

The C i ty Council of the C~ ty of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a
hearing, taken evidence~ and made and fi led its recommendations,
the City Council of the City of Ukiah:, having duly considered the
mendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is
mony with the general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City
Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof; and

1) Location and construction shall conform to application and to plot
plan and sketch submitted wi th applicationo

This variance shall be put into effect by completion of construction,
if any, wi thin one (1) year from the date of granting hereof, if the
use permitted shall cease for six (6) consecutive months then this
variance shall automatically terminate.

If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any requi red
approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, other-
wise to continue in full force and effect indefinitely and to run with the
land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth
above, and shall not be const~ued as e!iminating or modifying any building,
use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
