HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-57RESOLi3T~ON NO, 66-57 RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO TBS BUILDERS SUPPLY The City Council of the City of Uki'ah does hereby RESOLVE: An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence~ and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah_~ having duly considered the recom- mendations of' the Planning Commission; The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in mony wi th the general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof; and Does hereby grant Variance No,, 66-27 to; har- TBS BUILDERS SUPPLY to permit: use of leased parcel adjacent to and on the West of location at 181 Wabash Avenue for storaqe of buildinq supplies all subject to the following condi t. ions; present l) Location and construction shall conform to application and to plot plan and sketch submitted wi th application, 2) This variance she!l be put in if any, within one (I) year f use permitted shall cease for" variance shall automatically to effect: by completion of construction, rom the date of 9ranting hereof, if the six (6) consecutive months then this termi nate. 3) Operation must be during daylight hours, Monday through Saturday. Terms of the variance are limited to the life of the present lease. 5) Drainage and grading shall be approved by the City Engineer. 6) Applicant shall apply dust oil over the entire area so as to sufficiently prevent dust arising from his operations. Such oil treatment shall be continued as necessary so lon9 as the use under this Variance is continued. If any condition set Forth above is violated, or if any requi red approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, other- wise to continue in full force a~d effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be const,'uad as eliminating or modifying any building, use or zone requirements excep[ as to such specific purposes.
