RESOLUTION GRANT~NG VARIANCE TO
ALTOE ALI CE BETTINI
The City Council of the C~ty of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and fi led,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence~ and made and fi led its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah~, having duly considered the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in
runny with the general purpose of the Zonir, g Ordinance of the City of
Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No~ 66-26

to permit: operation of a "Family Care Home" at 8Z~8 _Yosemite Drive
