RESOLUTION GRANTING V'ARIANCE TO
DON A. LORD dba VARGAS & LORD
The City Council of the C~ty of Ukiah does hereby
RESOLVE: -
An application for variance having been duly presented and fi led,
the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence,~ and made and fi led its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah~ havi,qg duly considered the recom-
mendations of the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereby fiods that the proposed variance is in har-
mony with the general purpose of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof; and
Does hereby grant Variance No~ 66-18 to;
DON A. LORD dba VARGAS & LORD
to permit: Construction of four fo:Jrplex units on parcel zoned R-1 located
in rear of 1025 through 10~+2 West Standley Street
all subject to the following conditions~

Any and all driveways and parking areas to be improved and paved.
Easterly half of 50 foot right of way to be improved to City standards
from Standley St. to 50 feet beyond the parking area, including the
drainage ditch which flows therein.
The easterly 15 foot access way as shown on the plot plan shall be
increased to a minimum of 25 feet in width with at least 20 feet developed,
provided the side yards on the adjacent parcels remain 5 feet in width.

If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any requi red
approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, other'-
wise to continue in full force a~d effect indefinitely and to run with the
land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth
above, and shall not be const;aed as eliminating or modifying any building,
use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
