HomeMy WebLinkAbout66-35 CITY OF UK!AH RESOLUTION NO. 66-35 RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 66-32 ADOPTED FEBRUARY 16, 19~6 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Uklah, that Section 5.05 (b) of Resolution No. 66-32 adopted February 16, 1966 is amended to read as follows: (b) Parkin.~ District No. 1 Reserve Fund. The Treasurer shall set aside out of the Revenue Fund and and shall deposit in the Parking District No. 1 Re- serve Fund (the initial payment of $15,000 into which Fund is provided for in paragraph (b) of Section 3.03 hereof) on or before the sixth business day of each month, all moneys in the Revenue Fund that shall be required to maintain the Parking District No. 1 Re- serve Fund in the amount of $15,000 until April 1, lq6?. Thereafter the Treasurer shall set aside out of the Revenue Fund and shall deposit in the Parking District No. 1 Reserve Fund, on or before the sixth business day of each month, beginning not later than the month of April, 1967, the sum of $8.~.33 (herein defined as an "incremental deposit"), plus such addi- tional sum, if any, necessary to maintain said Reserve Fund in the amount of $15,000 plus all incremental deposits made therein, until there shall have been accumulated, in said Reserve Fund by April 1, 1969 the amount of $17,000. Thereafter, the Treasurer shall set aside out of the Revenue Fund and shall deposit in the Parking District No. 1 Reserve Fund, on or before the sixth business day of each month, begin- ning not later than the month of April, 1969, all moneys in the Revenue Fund that shall be required to maintain the Parking District No. 1 Reserve Fund in the amount of $17,000 so long as any Bonds are out- standing; provided that if any Additional Bonds are issued hereunder the minimum amount to be maintained in said Reserve Fund shall be the amount then equal to the maximum annual debt service on all of the Bonds and Additional Bonds issued hereunder and then outstanding. No payment need be made into the Park- inR District No. 1 Reserve Fund so long as there shall be in said fund a sum at least equal to said required amount. Ali. moneys in the Parking District No. 1 Reserve Fund shall be used and withdrawn solely for the purpose of paying the principal of and inter- est on the Bonds, or any part thereof, in the event that no other funds of the City are then available therefor.
