The City Council RESOLVE: of the City of Ukiah does hereby of of That pursuant the Government the City of Ukiah Public access is property known as the lying south of Levaggi to the provisions of Section 37359 Code: of California the following property shall be closed to public access: prohibited to that portion of City Old Sewage Treatment plant property Lane and west of the Russian River; excepting for the purpose of using the pistol range located on property.
