That, pursuant to the provisions of the Annexation of Uninhabited Territory Act of 1939, proceedings have been initiated by the Council of the City .of Ukiah, on its own motion, to annex to the City of Ukiah all that uninhabited territory situate in the County of Mendocino, State of California, hereby designated as "Annexation No. 65-2 (Haugh Lane)" and de scribed as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the "Buyer Annexa- tion'' to the City of Ukiah, as filed in Hap Case 1, Drawer 9, Page 203 in the Mendocino County Recorder's Office, said point also being a point on the Westerly line of Waugh Lane; thence from said point of beginning and following the present City Limits South 10o15' East 85.37 feet; thence South 78o28'04'' West 158.72 feet; thence North 9o32' West 117.36 feet; thence West 70.98 feet; South 9°32' East 996.90 feet; thence North 80o28' East 70.0 feet; North 82oo6' East 166.15 feet; thence North 10o15' West 396.39 feet; thence 82°30' East 505.95 feet; thence North 8o48'26I' West 215.96 feet; thence North 82o30' East 99.30 feet; thence North 10015' West 15.O feet; thence leaving the present City I~.tmits and continuing North 1OOl~West 214.95 feet to the Southwest corner of that certain parcel of land described in Book 657 of Mendocino County Official Records at Page 311; thence North 82o03' East249'51 feet to the Southeast corner of said parcel; thence North 8°35' West 55.0 feet more or less to a point on the present City Limits; thence 'Nest and follow- ing said present City Limits to the point of beginning.
