RESOLUTi 3N GRANT1NG VAR~ ANCE TO
FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
The City Council of the City of Uki'ah does hereby
RESOLVE:
An application for variance having been duly presented and filed,
the Planning Commission of' the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearing, taken evidence~ and ~T~de and filed its recommendations, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah,, having duly considered the recom-
mendations of' the Planning Commission;
The City Council hereb,v finds that the proposed variance is in
runny with the general purpose of t:he Z.oning Ordinance of the City of
Ukiah and meets the conditions thereof; and
