HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-54RESOLUTION NO. 65~54 RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE W~[}EN~NG OF PERKINS STREET: THAT THE ACQUISITION OF A FEE SIMPLE TITLE IN CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES ~S REQUIRED FOR SUCH PURPOSE; AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CiTY ATTORNEY TO FILE CONDEMNATION ACTION AND FOR ~MMEDIATE POSSESSION THEREOF OF THE PROPERTIES HEREIN DESCRIBED The City RESOLVE: Council of: the City of Ukiah does hereby Sec t i on the public interest, and the inhabitants of Perkins Street in the City limits to the intersection of Ci ry. 1. The said City Council hereby finds and determines that convenience and necessity of the City of Ukiah thereof requi re the widening and improvement of Ukiah from the easterly city Main and Perkins Streets in said Section 2. The City Council of the City of Ukiah two-thirds of all of its members, hereby finds and the public interest and necessity of the hereinafter described rea] improvement of together wi th working areas. by a vote of determi nes that require the acquisition and taking properties for the widening and Perkins Street as aforesaid on said real properties, the privilege and right of temporary use of adjacent Section 3. The properties to be condemned are in separate parcels designated Parcels l, 2, 4, 17 as follows: hereinafter described 7,8, 15and All that rea! property situate in the City of Ukiah, County of Mendocino, State of California more particularly described as fol lows: PARCEL NO. !
