RESOLVE:
An application for variance havimg been duly presented and fi led,
the Planning Commission. of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public
hearin9, taken evidence> amd made amd filed its recommendations, and
[he City Council of the City of Ukiah:~ ha',~,..in9 duly considered the recom-
mendations of the Plannin9 Commissio~n;

mony wi th the general purpose of ~:he Zor'~i!r~g O.;~dinance of the City of
Ukiah and mee~s the conditions thereof; ~nd
Does hereby, grant Variance No., 65-17 to:
HARVEY and RUTH McCONNELL
to permit: Construction of a residential duplex in a C-2 zone o~n._P[Op_~r~ty
located at Lot 4, of Marshall Subdivision~ said lot having approximately
feet less street frontag? than the,. minimum 60 ft. street frontage now

This variance shall be put ir, to, effect by, c:ompletion of construction,
i f any, wi thin one ( I ) year from the date of granting hereof, if the
use permitted shall cease for six (6) consecutive months then this
variance shal 1 automatical ly terminate.

If any condition set: Forth above is violet, ed, or if any requi red
approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, other-
wise to continue in f:u]l force a-.d effect indefinitely and to run wi th the
land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth
above, and shall not be const."~,~:d a~. e!iminating or modifying any bui Iding,
use or zone requirements exce::~: as to such specific purposes.
