HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-14RESOLUTION NOo 65-14 10 11 15 17 18 19 20 26 29 30 31 WHEREAS the Col lier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act provides that "Within 60 days following the close of each fiscal year each county, city, or city and county shall file wi th the Department a report in a form prescribed by the Department and certified by the local governing body showing its expenditures of funds during the preceding fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.l throu9h 186.7 o"; a nd WHEREAS the attached report, compiled in the form prescribed by the Department from records maintained by this City ~nd showing expenditures during the 1963-64 fiscal year pursuant to Sections 186.1 throu9h 186~7 of the Streets and Highways Code, has been examined by this Counci], and is determined to be factual; now THEREFORE BE liT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Ukiah hereby certifies the attached report to be a true record of expenditures by the City during the 1963-64 fiscal year in conformance wi th the requi rements of the Col lier-Unruh Local Transportation Development Act; and BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Di rector of Public Works is hereby instructed to transmit six copies of the report and three certified copies of this resolution to the lO l? 18 20 ~? 28 3O State of California, Department of Public Works, of Highways, in care of the Engineer in charge of District office.
