RESOLUTION IN RE ACCEPTANCE OF LmSE ~VITH EVERSI~LE MO!~TUARY
4 The City Council of the City of Ukimh does Resolve as follows:
5 The City Council of the City of Uki~h does hereby author-
6 ize and direct the Mayor of the City of Ukiah to execute on behalf
7 of City of Ukiah that certain LEASE entitled "L.ZASE", s copy of
8 which is sttached hereto and made s L~rt hereof. Said ~yor is
9 authorized to execute said LEASE on behalf of said City of Ukish.
