Burke: I refer to ResolutionoNo. 55-3, passed by the City Co~mcil in regular se~,sion on July 2t, 1954. This ~esolution authorized the destruction of old records of the City of D~ziah which can ~egally be destroyed. On July 26, 1954, with the help of my deputies, the records in the City's store reommwere segregated. If it is legally possible to do so, I would appreciate your authorization to destroy the following: me 0 City Warrants (both payroll and accounts payable) dated from the year 1906 to the year 1948 inclusive. Purc~ase Orders from 1940 to 1948 (calendar years ) inclusive. . Utility detail records prior to January 1, 4.
