~East, 426.00 feet from the northwest cea-nor thereof, said
point being the n~west cor~er of the land conveyed to
Naucy H. Jensen by deed d~ted ~ly 13, 19~8 and recorded
in Book 236 of Official Records, page ~5§, Mendocino
County Records; t~b~e North 72~ 10' East, 145.00 feet to
the northeast corner thereof; thence southerly along the
easterly line of said Jenson land a distance of 75.00
