RESOLUTION NO. 58-11
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY FROM
ALVA N. NIPPER ET UX
WHEREAS, CITY OF UKIAH has acquired certain rights from
Alva N. Nipper and Helen Nipper for a right of way over
certain lands of said Alva N. Nipper and Helen Nipper, and
WHEREAS, said GRART OF RIGHT OF WAY has been duly
executed by said Alva No Nipper and Helen Nipper and delivered
to CITY OF UKIAH,
NOW, THE}<~EFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counc~l of the City
of Ukiah does hereby accept said GRANT OF RIGHT OF WAY,
said instrument being attached hereto and. made a part of
this Resolution, the same as if set forth here in full.
