WHEREAS, at the present time, dilapidated buildings, accumulations of inflammables and debris and other unsanitary and u~safe cond.itions constitutinga public nuisance on those certain lands sztuate at ~lO sout~ Dora in the City of Ukiah, California, and more particularly~"described as follows: COMMENCING at the southwest corner formed by the inter- section of Holdm and Dora Streets in said Town of Ukiah City, running thence southerly along the westerly line of Dora Street 7~ feet; thence at right angles westerly a distanc e of eighty feet to the land formerly owned by Van Dusen; thence northerly along the east line of said lands formerly owned by Van Dusen a distance of seventy- five feet to the south line of Holden Street; thence a- long the said south line of H olden Street a distance of eightYfeet to the place of beginning. WHEREAS, the aforesaid premises are in such a dilapidated dangerous and unsanitary condition as to constitute a public menace and as to be dangerous to the public health, safety and welfare, now, therefore, the City COuncil of the City of Ukiah does resolve as follows: That the City Attorney be and he is hereby directed to institute suit in the proper court or courts for the purpose of abating the aforesaid public nuisance against the owners and all persons claiming an interest in said properties.
