RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO DONALD E. RONES
An application for variance having been duly presented
and filed, the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having
duly held a public hearing and made and filed its recommendations,
and the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly held a
public hearing, considered the recommendations of the Planning
Commission, taken and considered evidence;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
RES0 LVE:
10 That the City Council hereby finds that the proposed
ll variance is in harmony with the general purpose of Ordinance
12 No. 429 of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions of Sec. 4.41
13 thereof; and,
14 The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
15 grant Variance No. 7-59/60 to DONALD E. RONES to construct on
16 property located at 875 Grove Ave., Ukiah, California, a six (6)
17 foot redwood grapestake fence fifteen (15) feet from the property
18 line, and the construction of a four (4) by eight (8) foot redwood
building for dressing and lavatory, all in accordance with the
plans heretofore submitted, and all subject to the following
condition :

(1) The projects contemplated by this variance shall be
completed within one year from the date hereof, unless
extended by resolution of the City Council of the
City of Uktah.
If any condition set forth above is violated, then

27 this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in
28 full force and effect indefinitely. This variance is granted only
29 for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be
30 construed as eliminating or modifying any building, use or zone
31 requirements except as to the specific purposes described.
