GAS TAX ALLOCATION I~0R MAJOR CITY STREETS.
WH~AS, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be
entered into with the State of California in accordance with a
project statement submitted by the City of ~
for expenditure of the gas tax allocation 4o cities for the
fiscal year l~l and
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in
fUll and is famill~ with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the Cit~ of
~ that said project statement be a~d
it is hereby adopted as the budget of propoled ex~nditurel of
the gas tax allocation to cities, and Bald a~reement be amd the
same is hereby approved and the ma~or and the city clerk
directed to sign the same on behalf of Bald CitT, said
to be binding u~on the Cit7 u~on its execution by the authoz-Aled
offi~iall of the State.
