Ci. ty of Ukiah and meets th~ conditions of Sec-~ 4.~41 (a) thsreof;

1..That the wall within two (2) feet of the property line must be
constructed of 2 hour fire resistant material,
2. That the area between the proposed building and existing neighboring
garage shall be cemented in to prevent weed growth,
