JEAN An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a public hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed its recommendations, and the City Council of the City of Ukiah, having duly held a public hearing, considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission, and taken and considered evidence; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby RESOLVE: The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance is in harmony with the general purpose of Ordinance Noo 429 of the City of Ukiah and meets the conditions of Sec. 4.41 (a) thereof; and NO. The64_9CitYtoCOUnCilRaymondOf Z. hejeCa~nt¥ of Ukiah does hereby grant Variance to permit construction of an apartment buildinq on the Southwest corner of Dora Street and Washington Ave. (1200 S. Dora Street) on said premises, all subject to the following conditions: 1) Conditions contained in a memorandum of the Director of Public Works to the Planning Commission dated December 19, 1963 a copy of which is attached hereto. 2) That all building structure and paving be in conformance with the plot plan accompanying the application. 3) That this variance be put into effect by completing construction contemplated within one year from the date of granting and further by conformance wi th condition 1 hereof wi thin said period. If a~ use contemplated hereunder shall cease for any period of six ) consecutive months, then this variance shall automatically terminate. If any condition set forth above is violated, or if any required approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and void, otherwise to continue in full force and effect indefinitely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only for the specific purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating or modifying any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
