MANN AND/OR NOYOTHEATRES, INC. i An application for variance having been duly presented and filed, the .Planning Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a publlc hearing, taken evidence, and made and filed Its'recommendatlonsi and the City Council of the City of Uklah, having duly held a public hearing, considered the recommendations of the P1annlng Commlsslon, and taken and cons I de red avl dance; NOW. THEREFORE, the City Councll of the Clty of Uklah does hereby RESOLVEs The Clty Councll hereby finds that the proposed Vlc[lance.I..~ l.n ha.rmony wi th the general purpose of O rdl,nc. Mann and/o[ No¥o Theatres. lng, , to perml t Construct!pn of an apartment complex 90 orooertv located at 124 OhRervarnry Ave., Ukiah. ~l,ld//0b'/~bAel~e~/ .... on said premises, all subject to the following conditions= 1) Buildings construction and location shall be in conformance with plans, specifications and plot plan submitted with application. 2) Permittee shall construct curb, gutter, sidewalk and necessary depressed driveway entrance in conformance with "Standard Specifications" along the Observatory Avenue frontage of such property. This variance shall be put into effect by completion of construction of the proposed buildings within one (1) year from the date of granting of this variance. If the use permitted shall cease for any period of six (6) consecutive months then this variance shall automatically terminate. If any condltion set forth above is violated, or If anYarequlred approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null nd void, otherwise to continue in full force and effect lndefini tely and to run with the land. This variance is granted only for the speclflc purposes set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating or modlfylng any building, use or zone requirements except as to such specific purposes.
