RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
ROSS E. CASE
An application for variance having been duly presented and flied,
the .Plannin~l Commission of the City of Ukiah having duly held a.publlc
hearing, taken evidence, and made and flied its"'recommendatlons, and
the City Council of the City of Ukiah, haVlng duly held a public hearlng,
considered the recommendations of the Planning Commission, and taken
and considered evidence;
NO~/. THEREFORE, the City Council of the Clty of Uklah does hereby
RESbLVE~

hereby fl nds that the. proposed variance Is hi .rmony
wi th the genera purpose of Ordinance No, 429 6f the City of
meets the condl~lons of Sec. 4.41 (a) thereof; and
The City Council of the Clty of Uklah does hereby grant Variance

on said premises., all subject to the ~=ollowlng conditions=
1) Location and construction shall conform to application and to
plot plan and sketch submitted with application.
2) This variance shall be put into effect by completion of construction
of the proposed structure within one (1) year from the date of granting
hereof. If the use permitted shall cease for slx (6) consecutive months
then thls variance shall automatically terminate.
If any condition set forth above is violated, or If any required
approval is not obtained, then this variance shall be null and vold,
otherwise to Contlnue in fUll force and effect Indefinitely and to run
with the land. This variance Is granted only for the specific purposes
set forth above, and shall not be construed as eliminating or modlfYlng
any building, use or zone requirements except as to such~speclflc
purposes.
