MESOLVE~
The City Council hereby finds that the proposed variance
i'n harmony with the. general purpose of Ordinane No., ~29 of the

]. That the granting of this variance is expressly conditional upon
suitable office building being, constructed upon the ~remises within--
two (2) years fr~ the date of:'gramting.
2. That detailed plot and construction plans-shall be submitted prior
.~o an~ construction.and the same shall b'e subject to appreva] of the
Ceumc~] prior to amy construction being co,ended.
~. That thi.s variance does not run to t~e benefit of the existing
