The City Council of the City of Ukiah Does hereby RESOLVE: A Special Aviation Fund is hereby established for the City of Ukiah pursuant to Section 21683 of the Public Util'ities Code of the State of California for expenditures solely for airport and aviation purposes at the Ukiah Municipal Airport. The Director. of Finance is hereby authorized and di- rected to transfer into such fund for such purposes, the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred (~;2,5OO) Dollars.
