2 ACCEPTANCE OF COMPLETED IMPROVEMENTS;
FAIRWAY OAKS SUBDIVISION UNIT NO. 3 .

5 The City Council of the City of Ukiah does hereby
6 RESOLVE:
i
7 Pursuant to the written request of Subdividers and the
8 recommendation of the City Engineer of the City of Ukiah 3
9
9 the work and improvements in "Fairway Oaks Subdivision Unit
10 No. 3" are hereby accepted as being constructed and installed
accordance 11 � iwith that certain agreement dated July 5 , 1962
12 between Fairway Oaks Company and the City of Ukiah.
13 Provided, however, that the security provided for in
14 Paragraph 4 of such agreement shall not hereby be released,
15 but the same may be released upon application to the City
16 Council in accordance with said Paragraph 4.
17 PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of September, 1962 .
