RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF UKIAH
ADOPTING AND SUBMITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a Master Agreement for the Budgeting and Expenditure of
funds Allocated from the State Highway Fund to Cities has been entered
into by the City of Ukiah, hereinafter referred to as the city, and the
State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereafter referred
to as the department; and,
WHEREAS, the city council has prepared a project statement showing
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made during the
1962-63 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said project statement
and is familiar wi th the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of Ukiah
that said project statement dated September 14, 1962, be and is hereby
adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the gas tax allocation to
cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby approved and the
Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, and said project statement to be submitted to the Department of
Public Works, State of California, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 197 of the Streets and Highways Code.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly passed by the City Council of the City of Ukiah at a regular
meeting thereof held September 20, 1962.
