RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO
'ARTHUR H. CORIPPO
An applicat, ion for variance having been duly p~"esented and filed,
the P~anni~.~g Commission of the CitY. of Ukiah having duly held a public
~ear~9, taken evi4ence, and made and ~.file.d ils rec~nda~'~ons~ and
~he City Council of the City of Uk~ah~ having "du~y held a public hear-
ir~9,, co~sidered the rec~ndations of 'Che Planning C~issi~. and
ta~er~ and c~si~ered evidence;

RESOLVE:
The City Councii hereby f;nds that the p~oposed variance is in
ha~r'~ny ~i~.h the general put.se of O~dina~ce ~,~ ~29 of ~he City of
~nd'~e~s the conditions o~ Sec,~ ~o~1 (a.).:hereof; .~n~

1), Fence consCrucCion and location shall conform ~o plot plan sUbmitted
wiCh applicacion.
2) That sidewalk along the Dora S~. and ~. Stephenson SC. frontages of
such property be co.nscructed by applican~ in accordance wi~h plot plan
. acc~panying application.
~) That this variance is subject to a]l conditions contained in Encroach-
ment Permi~, dated August , 1962.
4) Construction shal] be c~pleted within one year from the date of
granting t'his variance. If the use permitted sha]l cease for any
period of six (6) consecutive..months this variance shall aut~atically
termi na~e.
